1. Acknowledgment of Private Beta

By accessing Empreinte during its Private Beta period, you acknowledge that the service is provided "as is." Interactions, trust scores, and verification status badges are for demonstration and product-testing purposes.

2. No Emergency Services

Empreinte does not replace local emergency services. In the event of a real-world emergency, dial local authorities immediately. The in-app safety check-ins and AI scanning tools are assistive layers, not guarantees of absolute physical safety.

3. User Responsibility & Meeting Publicly

Users are directly responsible for their off-platform interactions. We mandate that initial meetings—whether for Empreinte Date, Market transactions, or Meetups—occur strictly in safe, highly populated public spaces (e.g., cafes, public lobbies).

4. Moderation Capabilities

As a private beta, user reports via the internal tooling are submitted to a testing queue. Real-time strict moderation will become fully active in V1.0.
