1. Private Beta Scope

Welcome to Empreinte. We are currently operating in a Private Beta phase. During this phase, many platform features are simulated to test user experience and interface functionality.

Note: Do not upload sensitive government identification documents, actual payment methods, or real personal safety data during this prototype phase. The environment is designed to securely accept dummy inputs and return mock verifications to demonstrate the concept.

2. Mock/Demo Features

Features such as the Empreinte Score, Photo Authenticity checks, AI message filtering, and payment gateways operate in "mock" modes by default unless specifically configured by your local administrator via environment variables.

3. Data Minimization

Any actual data submitted (such as email addresses inputted for beta waitlisting) is strictly utilized to communicate updates regarding Empreinte's development. It will never be sold or leased to third-party data brokers.

4. Local AI Processing

In future production, our message filtering AI is designed to run close to edge/local configurations to maintain maximum conversational privacy, preventing human moderation teams from reading direct messages.
